The String
Shop of Arizona offers violins, violas, cellos, basses, and bows suited for the
upper level student all the way up to the professional string musician. Only
fine instruments by notable craftsmen make their way onto our sales floor. We
offer a full-year limited warranty* on all instruments purchased at our shop.
Our highly competitive upgrade program welcomes instrument and bow trade-ins
for 100% of the original purchase price**. We'd love to answer your questions

Consignments
Our consignment program helps our customers get
the most out of their resale. The program protects the privacy of the
consignor, and takes the hassle out of selling the instrument (no newspaper
ads! no ebay!).
Rentals
We also offer a rental program for students just
starting out. We warranty our instruments against damage by repairing or
replacing any damaged parts, excluding strings. All of our rentals are also
rent to own. See the following chart for our prices and rent to own specifics:

*Warranty does not cover strings or damage due to negligence. Specific
parts/repairs include all glue joints, pegs, and two free sound post
adjustments. Bridge and cracks repaired by the String Shop are covered for the
first 30 days.
**The price of the new instrument must be at least twice the original price of
the trade-in. Credit given will be given minus the cost of any repairs to
return the instrument to the original sale condition.
